Refund Policy

7-day free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and no refund is needed.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel at any time and will continue to have access through the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal charge, provided the account has not materially used the service (e.g., published more than one live site or downloaded lead exports). After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal.

Domains

Domain registrations are billed as one-time annual fees to our registrar partner. Once registration is submitted, domain fees are non-refundable per ICANN policy.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Duplicate charges, or charges after a confirmed cancellation, are refunded in full. Contact us within 60 days.

How to request a refund

Email support@vizeolra.com from the address on the account, including the order or invoice ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within one business day.
