Terms of Service — Vizeolra

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vizeolra's website-building and hosting software (the "Service"), provided by Vizeolra ("Vizeolra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vizeolra provides software that lets small businesses design, publish, and host brochure-style marketing websites. The Service is a software tool only. Vizeolra does not provide medical, legal, financial, telehealth, pharmacy, insurance, or other regulated professional services.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.

3. Your content and business

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You are solely responsible for your website content, the products and services you offer, your customer relationships, and for maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and regulatory compliance applicable to your business.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to send unsolicited messages; to interfere with the Service; or to submit protected health information through standard Vizeolra forms unless we have expressly offered you a HIPAA-compliant service under a separate written agreement.

5. Fees, trials, and renewal

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. 6. Domain purchases

Domains purchased through Vizeolra are registered on your behalf through our registrar partner and are subject to that registrar's terms and to ICANN policies. Domain fees are non-refundable once registration is submitted.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (payments, email, AI, DNS, analytics). Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, published sites may become unavailable.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Vizeolra disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vizeolra does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizeolra's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them or notify you. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
